According to Manny Pacquiao?s head trainer Freddie Roach, ?The Pacman? is due to arrive May 10 at the Wild Card gym to begin the stretch drive of his training camp for his June 28 fight against WBC lightweight champion David Diaz. Roach informed FightFan.com that Pacquiao will once again enlist the sparring services of highly touted 140 pound prospect Victor Ortiz, a fighter Roach believes to be bigger and stronger than David Diaz. Roach also mentioned that former world champion Freddie Norwood may potentially be brought in to spar with Pacquiao. Pacquiao?s training camp will be a rigorous one, as Roach stated his determination to put Manny through the paces in the coming weeks with an emphasis on dispelling any notion that Diaz will be an ?easy? fight.
