LAS VEGAS ? Mike Tyson, the former heavyweight champion of the world, was in the building.
As the main undercard for the Manny Pacquiao-Juan Manuel Marquez bout was being fought on the ring, Tyson came in, accompanied by a sleek female companion.
His entrance created some buzz among the crowd, and he was ushered to his ringside seat.
Tyson was in dark pants and light blue shirt, also wearing the prominent tattoo on the left side of his face.
It was the second time he came to watch a Pacquiao fight in Vegas.
In 2005, he was here, too, at the MGM Grand, and watched Pacquiao battle Erik Morales in a bloody 12-round contest.
Back then, Tyson already knew who Pacquiao was.
?He?s strong and he?s very quick,? was how he described Pacquiao.
On Saturday, almost three years later, he came to see Pacquiao once more.
He looked satisfied watching from his $600 seat.
