LAS VEGAS – Things got heated during post-fight news conference following Manny Pacquiao’s split decision victory in his rematch against Juan Manuel Marquez on Saturday night at Mandalay Bay Events Center.
Pacquiao claimed the WBC super-featherweight title with the victory, his third world title in three different weight classes.
The Marquez camp believed their fighter should have gotten the decision and demanded an immediate rematch. Pacquiao’s promoter, Top Rank’s Bob Arum, said a third fight should take place, but sometime in the future.
