Filipino fighter Manny Pacquiao likely doesn’t know it yet, but the world super bantamweight champion will have his share of local fans cheering him on Saturday night. Some of them will be at the Alamodome, where Pacquiao is scheduled to take on Mexico’s Marco Antonio Barrera for the Ring magazine world featherweight title in Saturday’s main event. Many others will be there in spirit, at home in San Antonio watching their hero and fellow countryman on television (HBO).
