FILIPINO boxing superstar Manny Pacquiao is better off at the super featherweight division and Ricky Hatton’s loss to Floyd Mayweather Sunday may have provided the perfect argument.
Cebu City sports chairman and councilor Sylvan Jakosalem said Hatton’s decision to climb the welterweight ranks to fight Mayweather may have led to the Briton’s defeat.
Pacquiao is set to challenge WBC super featherweight champion Juan Manuel Marquez on March 15 in Las Vegas, but is also entertaining thoughts of moving up in weight.
