The unified ruler faces Alexander Povetkin on Saturday night after talks broke down with Wilder over the summer.
Despite initially stating talks were off the table until Wilder fights Tyson Fury on December 1, WBN exclusively revealed an offer to negotiate from Shelly Finkel this week.
Both sides now have the opportunity to open dialogue next month. Although Joshua ruled out facing Wilder outside England.

Should he eventually make the trip, the AT&T Stadium in Dallas, Texas would be Joshua?s preferred choice.
?I like Vegas and New York but if everyone is going one direction, it?s good to try something new.
?It (the AT&T Stadium) holds a lot of people, with what we?ve built in the UK. It?s great to go across seas and fight in one of the major stadiums. The one with 100,000 makes more sense to me.?
On his initial challenge against Povetkin, which will open the door to Wilder, Joshua was under no illusions about the pressure he?s under.
?It?s a different era and there?s so much pressure not only against Povetkin who?s a highly ranked challenger. But all of the pressure around the sport of boxing itself because it?s so commercialized which leaves no room for error,? he said.
