MAGALLANES, Cavite?Deep in the countryside of this quiet, sparsely populated town south of Metro Manila is where world champion Jerwin Ancajas and his crew have set up their training site.
Survival Camp differentiates itself from other combat-sports facilities in that its surroundings are quiet, the work space is comfortable, and the fighters have the place only for themselves away from the invasive eyes of the public.
ABS-CBN News drove to this town recently to check on Ancajas, and see how he and other boxers are embracing nature and going back to the basics.
