KUALA LUMPUR – The dream lives on for Manny Pacquiao.
The boxing great believes there is still something left in the tank that will let him keep on fighting long enough to do a farewell bout in the Philippines.
Pacquiao categorically declared that Lucas Matthyse won’t be his lst ring opponent as he bared plans to keep on bringing fights to the Asian region.
“Definitely, this is not my last fight,” said the fighting senator at the end part of a whirlwind two-day press tour for his welterweight championship fight against Matthysee held at the Le Meridian Hotel.
“I want my last fight to be in the Philippines. And that’s my dream,” added the boxing great, who barely had enough sleep after arriving in the Malaysian capital in the wee hour of Friday.
“I still think I have a couple more fights before I retire.”
