Manny Pacquiao has geared up for his ring comeback on Saturday night by leading a prayer meeting in a Las Vegas chapel.
The Pacman joined about a hundred worshippers, the majority of them his fellow Filipinos.
He not only offered the prayers but, multi-tasker that he is, played the piano.
Pacquiao was born a Catholic but became an Evangelical Protestant.
He is also a Senator in his home-land where, despite his profound religious beliefs, he is promoting a bill to enact the death penalty for ‘heinous crimes’ including drug trafficking, murder and aggravated rape.
The only eight-division world champion in ring history, he hopes to become the first serving Senator to win a title as he challenges Las Vegas resident Jessie Vargas for his WBO welterweight belt.
