It?s becoming more clear that Cathedral City boxer Timothy Bradley may have a chance to add to his legacy as a fighter with a fight sometime next year with one of three big-name superstars in the sport.
Top Rank chief executive Bob Arum confirmed this week that Bradley is one of four fighters being considered to face Manny Pacquiao for what could potentially the final bout of his illustrious career. Bradley and Pacquiao have split their two previous fights, each winning in a 12-round decision.
Arum also said this week that he and Oscar De La Hoya have had conversations about a potential Bradley fight with Saul ?Canelo? Alvarez fight, provided Bradley defeats Brandon Rios, his opponent in Saturday?s WBO welterweight championship bout in Las Vegas, and Canelo beats Miguel Cotto in Vegas in two weeks. Buy Photo

In an effort to remain focused on Rios, Bradley?s camp has chosen not to discuss future possibilities, but it?s become evident there could be some very good ones if Bradley simply takes care of business in the ring Saturday night at the Thomas & Mack Center.
Bradley and Rios will step to the scales Friday, just after 3 p.m., for the official weigh-in, at the Wynn Las Vegas, which is working with Top Rank to promote the fight with posters throughout the hotel casino and several large billboards throughout the downtown area of Las Vegas.
