There may be no rematch after all. In a new interview with Showtime, here’s what Floyd Mayweather, Jr (48-0) said about Manny Pacquiao (57-6-2).
“Did I text Stephen A. Smith and say I will fight him again? Yeah, but I change my mind. At this particular time, no, because he’s a sore loser and he’s a coward,” said Mayweather of the Pinoy idol. “If you lost, accept the loss and say, ‘Mayweather, you were the better fighter.'”
“I’m not going to buy into the bullshit and I don’t want the public to buy into the bullshit,” said Mayweather. “He lost. He knows he lost. I lost a lot of respect for him after all of this.”

Why have a rematch? The first fight was a fraud involving a one-armed boxer. And before the fight, his promoter said he was in the best shape ever. That statement borders on the criminal.
