There are supposed to be many benefits of taking a cold shower, but I can’t think of any.
The day of the final press conference on Wednesday started without any warm water in my shower. The result was the most painful, yelling-induced rinse-off possible. If you were outside of my hotel, you would have thought someone was being attacked.

I was surprised by the generally thin crowds at the MGM when I first arrived on Tuesday. Then I had to remind myself the fight is on Saturday and most of the high-roller, celebrity types won?t get in until Friday. So the only real celebrity sighting has been Chuck Zito, who was hovering behind the media during Mayweather?s session with reporters after his grand arrival at the MGM late Tuesday.
I?ve seen Mayweather many times and have stood next to him, but it?s still amazing to me how small and thin he is. We?re roughly the same height but share very different weight classes and bank accounts.
