This fight here will be one of my son’s easiest fights,” stated world-class trainer Floyd Mayweather Sr., who responded to recent comments made by his former pupil, Golden Boy Promotions found Oscar De La Hoya. Mayweather Sr. took offense to De La Hoya suggesting that his son, undefeated pound-for-pound king Floyd Mayweather, was forced into making the long-awaited mega-fight with 8-division world champion Manny Pacquiao.
“My son was not forced at all to take the fight. He wanted to. The only thing my son is forced to do is whoop Manny’s ass,” Floyd Mayweather Sr. added before revealing his latest poem that he’s been working on for the occassion. It appears Mayweather Sr. has something to say to all the naysayers who had doubts that his son was willing to step into the ring with Pacquiao.
