Manny Pacquiao, 36, will enter the ring to the blaring sound of his own voice when he faces Floyd Mayweather, Jr., 38, on May 2nd in Las Vegas. On Friday, the “Pacman” recorded a new song entitled “Lalaban Ako Para sa Pilipino” (“I Fight For Filipinos”) at a studio in Los Angeles, where he is training for the unified welterweight mega-fight.

The last time the Filipino boxing legend entered the ring to his own song was in May 2009 in a junior welterweight title bout against Ricky Hatton at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, with Para Sayo Ang Laban Na To (“This Fight is For You”). That fight resulted in a sensational second round knockout of Hatton.
Mayweather is currently a 2.5 betting favorite in what is expected to be the richest fight in boxing history. Both fighters will officially start their training camps on Monday (March 2), some eight weeks before their historic clash at the MGM Grand.
