Pacquiao vs. Mayweather: “Close Encounters of the First Kind”

You are not paranormal.

What you saw was real.

You can tell your friends and they won’t think you’re crazy…

Around the time that Floyd Mayweather was born, a classic Stephen Spielberg movie called “Close Encounters of the Third Kind” was coming out. As I recall, in it, after being exposed by a UFO, the lead character becomes obsessed with this UFO. He eventually gets somehow drawn to an isolated area where something spectacular is about to happen.

He eventually gets abducted.

I believe Floyd is the main character in his saga with Manny Pacquiao, and has already envisioned the UFO’s headed his way in the ring. In the aforementioned movie, Spielberg chose to take a benevolent approach with regard to an alien encounter. However this film, which will be directed by Freddie Roach, will feature a decidedly malevolent encounter with an alien.

Somewhere, on his own unidentified planet, Uncle Roger Mayweather was traumatized.

You see, Floyd actually encountered Manny face-to-face for the very first time in Miami at a Heat game, in what had to be the most irrelevant professional basketball game of all-time. But what had Uncle Roger’s mouth wide open as he dropped his bowl of cereal, was noticing Pacquiao’s death stare at his nephew, a stare he hadn’t seen since Ricky Hatton. A stare loaded with “A-side Meth”.

Floyd will be brutally abducted on May 2nd.

“IT WAS COINCIDENTAL”

This is what was spilled from the lips of Michael Koncz, chief advisor to Pacquiao, in regards to this now historic encounter with Mayweather. I don’t know if I believe him, but lets assume its true.

The hardest part about being lied to is feeling that you weren’t worth the truth.

Seeing them sitting across from each other court-side was almost surreal. And in the irony of all coincidences, Floyd donned a cool maroon hoodie with Filipino elements. Lately, everything he’s been wearing, from his t-shirts to his hats, have been emblazoned with an element of the Philippines.

Since Pacquiao started going really rogue on him via social media- or by literally chasing him around the world, Mayweather tempered his obsession as a result. So I was really interested to see the body language between the two, and the result couldn’t have been worse for Mayweather.

Right away, I know what you social-media, sociopathic and pathetic Flomo’s are thinking… Here goes this biased, asshole PacTurd (you people are terrible too) picking on Floyd while drumming up Pacquiao again. Au contrair.

Animated and demonstrative, Floyd did exactly what he’ll do in their fight, which is go on the defensive while betraying a tough posture. He went at length during their brief summit to explain himself before exchanging numbers. He looked like Sonny Corleone talking to his father Vito, who looked at him like he wanted to spank him.

SUPERBOWL 50

That game will actually take place in the San Francisco Bay Area next year. And although Superbowl XLIX has featured “Deflategate”, the only deflated balls in question right now are Floyd’s. No one has tampered with them behind closed doors but him.

In a real punk-ass move, Floyd called up his “Butler”, Ben Thompson with “FightHype”, for more scripted B.S. to support his narcissistic agenda. A total lollipop that lies a lot, Thompson wasn’t even in the building during May n Pac’s meeting. But somehow, miraculously, he produced this piece of journalistic filth just minutes after they exchanged the coldest hug in history.

For as soon as he was done exchanging phone numbers with Pacquiao, Floyd started mashing Thompson’s digits to dial up another media scheme and cat fight. Instead of having Thompson write something that would focus on the historical significance of their meeting and impending ring encounter, Floyd chose the low road to place himself on a high pedestal.

This, because his ego still can’t get over being bossed around and given a deadline to stop ducking by the Filipino icon. Its up to you whether you think Floyd listened to him or not, but it sure as hell looks like it to me.

What Floyd did do, was ask Manny if he’s going to fight Amir Khan if they cannot work something out. Pacquiao responded: “I am.” The name of Miguel Cotto never came up.

What we want him to do – regardless as to what side you’re on – is to just give us the f*cking fight on May 2nd, and to announce it this weekend on the Superbowl platform in front of the world. That’s the bottom line. Now, I’ll give you something that wasn’t in Thompson’s artificially sweet piece.

According to a very trusted source, Floyd informed members of his crew that he was going to a strip club late last night, but instead, went to visit Pacquiao at his hotel where the two spoke for hours. See Floyd, this is what happens when you employ “rats”, and you’ll soon realize that no one affiliated with Alex Ariza can help you on May 2nd.

The countdown to an official announcement begins…
