The mother of featherweight ?People?s Champion? Manny Pacquiao, Dionisia Pacquiao, says she ?cannot accept the decision? of the judges in her son?s gallant effort to win the World Boxing Association and International Boxing Federation titles in an epic battle against champion Juan Manuel Marquez at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas last Sunday which ended in a draw after judge Burt Clements scored the first round 10-7 despite the fact that Pacquiao decked Marquez three times and the two other judges, Guy Jutras and John Stewart followed the accepted rules and scored it 10-6 for the Filipino ring warrior.
