WILDER DEFEATS STIVERNE, CAPTURES WBC HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE

The scores were 118-109, 119-108 and 120-107 all in favor to the American. The difference in the fight was the height and reach of Wilder who won simply by sticking his jab all night.
