HIS name decidedly bigger in world boxing, Manny Pacquiao returns to a hero’s welcome on Thursday from Las Vegas, Nevada where he fought WBA/IBF featherweight champ Juan Manuel Marquez to a disputed split draw Sunday.
Pacquiao flies home on board a Philippine Airlines flight from San Francisco still a hero among his 82 million countrymen.
Fight pundits in Las Vegas and majority of the standing-room-only crowd at the MGM Grand Arena, where the encounter was held, believed Pacquiao got the raw end of the deal.
