MARFA VS VETO HEADLINES LA LOMA BOXING EVENT

SGG Stable's Fabio Marfo will go up against Marty Elorde Stable's Ryan Veto in the main event of the "Bakbakan sa La Loma" boxing card in La Loma, Quezon City, on May 19, 2006 organized by Joseph P. Juico Sports Entertainment Program. Marfa, 20-14-4 with 12 KOs, dukes it out with Veto, 8-3-0 with 2 KOs, in 10 rounds for the minimumweight non-title fight.
In the co-feature fight of the evening, bantams Daniel Diolan of Charlie Gamboa Stable of Alabang and Jun Talape of Mandaluyong Boxing Stable will go at it in another 10-rounder.
Four other fights complete the evening's lineup as follows: Rodel Quilaton (SGG Stable) vs Gerry Duaso (Inad Ylagan Stable), Junior Flyweight, 10 rounds; Arnel Tadena (AEV Stable) vs Rommel Bongon (Marty Elorde Stable), Minimumweight, 8 rounds; Anthony Rosal (Quezon City) vs Gerome Arsulon (L & M Gym), Lightweight, 6 rounds; and Ruther del Castillo (Charlie Gamboa Stable) vs Tata Betonio (Quezon City), Minimumweight, 4 rounds.
