Santisima, Apolinar stop foes

STABLEMATES Alex Santisima Jr. and Pete Apolinar of ZIP Sanman stopped their foes last June 19 at the Edion Hisaya Plaza in Nagoya.
The 26-year-old Santisima knocked out countryman Richard Pumicpic in the 43 seconds of the first round.
Santisima has now 13 wins with seven knockouts and two loses while Pumicpic suffered his 16th setback against 23 wins and three draws.
Apolinar, on the other hand, scored a technical knockout against Ryusei Ishii in the 3rd round.
Apolinar registered his 13th knockout with 20 wins against seven losses and one draw while Ishii had 10 losses against 12 wins and one draw.
Hiroshi Katsumata of Fuji Katsumata Gym is the promoter.
