Filipinos Ador Torres, Jimmy Paypa and Jayr Raquinel in Crucial Fights in Thailand

PhilBoxing.com

Ador Torres (L) and Jatsada Pithakdanthai pose during Wednesday's weighin.

BANGKOK, Thailand – Tough Filipino boxers made weight Wednesday for their crucial missions in the amazing Kingdom of Thailand.

Pinoy boxers Ador Torres, Jimmy "Popeye" Paypa and world ranked "The Dreamer" Jayr Raquinel will climb the ring in Thailand for thrilling action that cannot be missed.

The hot rumbles will unfold during the pro boxing event promoted by Brico Santig and Supanat Chanram on Thursday, May 30, at the starry SpacePlus Night Club in Bangkok, Thailand.

ADOR, PAYPA, RAQUINEL IN THRILLING ACTION

In welterweights, ABF belt-holder Ador Torres (11-4-1, 8 KO's) of Magdalena, Sorsogon, will lock horns in a non-title war against experienced, tall former Muay Thai combatant Jatsada Pithakdanthai.

The war is a non-title affair. Ador's ABF (Asia Boxng Federation) strap is not on the line.

Guided by smart young manager Darwin Miller Angelo Dep-ay of the Team Pinoy Boxing Prodigy, Ador Torres aims to score his 8th consecutive knockout win in Thailand, a remarkable feat easier said than done.

Could he do that? Philboxing will keep you informed. Although you may watch LIVE on YouTube.

JIMMY PAYPA IN ACTION TOO:

In another crucial bout, former WBO Oriental Super Bantamweight Champ Jimmy "Popeye" Paypa (19-6-1, 7 KO's) of Lanao del Norte takes on bigger, taller 26-year-old former WBA Asia belt-holder Campee Phayom.

Pinoy boxer Jimmy 'Popeye' Paypa (center, left) takes on strong, taller, bigger 26-year-old Campee Phayom (center, right).

The Paypa vs Campee private war is a 10-round affair in the welterweight division for the vacant ABF (Asia Boxing Federation) Silver Welterweight belt.

"THE DREAMER" JAYR RAQUINEL RISKING IT ALL:

Also in the line of fire is Jayr Raquinel.

The popular "Dreamer" Raquinel, 27, will engage in battle tough Thai warrior, former IBF Pan Pacific Champion Komgrich Nantapech in an intense saga in the 115-pound weight-class.

Fans wonder how will the smiley and friendly Filipino do this time.

Currently world ranked as IBF #11 and WBC #5 super flyweight, "The Dreamer" Jayr Raquinel (15-2-1, 11 KO's) comes from the awesome paradise place of sandy beaches and pristine waters: Cauayan in Negros Occidental. Fans there want too bad for Raquinel to win because world ranking from two boxing bodies are on the line.

Should Raquinel make a mistake here, his two world rankings would be gone. Will that happen?

World ranked Filipino super flyweight Jayr Raquinel (center, left) wages war against former Thai IBF Pan Pacific champion Komgrich Nantapech (center, right).

Or will Raquinel emerge victorious once again, as he did in thrilling fashion in Japan, South Africa and Dubai?

Raquinel's fight can not be missed!

This pro boxing show - billed as ARISE - is organized and produced by Thailand coach/promoter Supanat Chanram and Brico Santig of the Highland Boxing Team at the plush SpacePlus Night Club in Central Bangkok.

Fans outside Thailand may watch the show LIVE for free from the YouTube Channel and Facebook page of Highland Boxing.

May the best men win!
