SHOWTIME Presents Replay of the Blockbuster Exhibition Bouts and Debut of INSIDE MAYWEATHER VS. PAUL – EPILOGUE

NEW YORK (June 9, 2021) – SHOWTIME will bring viewers behind the scenes of last weekend’s blockbuster pay-per-view event headlined by all-time boxing great Floyd “Money” Mayweather and social media sensation Logan “The Maverick” Paul with a full slate of programming on Saturday, June 12 at 10:05 p.m. ET/PT on SHOWTIME. The primetime presentation will feature a special replay of the Mayweather vs. Paul eight-round exhibition bout, the thrilling four-round exhibition tilt between former NFL superstar Chad Johnson and versatile fighter Brian Maxwell and the premiere of INSIDE MAYWEATHER VS. PAUL – EPILOGUE.

On Sunday evening, live on SHOWTIME PPV from Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, Fla., Mayweather, the undefeated Hall of Famer, took on the younger and taller Paul in an exciting contest that pitted superstars from two different worlds. The highly anticipated showdown brought out celebrities from all corners of the sports and entertainment world. The 44-year-old Mayweather flashed the accuracy and defensive prowess that catapulted him to world title glory for more than two decades. Meanwhile, the 26-year-old Paul, who only owns one professional fight on his boxing record, impressed the critics by going the distance against boxing royalty.

The re-air of the two exhibition bouts on SHOWTIME will be immediately followed by the premiere of INSIDE MAYWEATHER VS. PAUL – EPILOGUE. Produced by the Emmy® Award-winning team behind the hit-series ALL ACCESS, the epilogue will reveal never-before-seen moments from fight week in Miami, intimate scenes from the locker rooms before and after the fight, and inside the ropes during a fight that captured the world’s attention on Sunday night.
