The renaissance of Marquez? body started before his fourth fight with Manny Pacquiao. Under strength and conditioning coach Angel Heredia, Marquez turned into a physical beast. Conte used his Twitter account to express his strong opinions on the matter but he zoned in on the presence of acne on Marquez’ chest which for him was a sign of doping.
“Does boxing know that elevated testosterone levels in teen males can cause acne?” Conte asked. He then joked that betting odds could change in future fights because of the presence of pimples on the fighters’ bodies at the weigh in.
