Moreno will be facing Argentinean Javier Chacon. This is a promotion that was previously listed as showing Sampson Boxing and Sergio Martinez promotional umbrella as the promoters. At a press conference on today?s date, in Panama City, Panama, Champion Moreno?s wife, Rouss Laguna who also acts as his manager, advised that the promotion was being handled by Panama?s most prolific promoter Rogelio Espino?s Promocinoes del Istmo. It was also announced by Mrs. Laguna as spokesman for her husband, that Champion Moreno is in discussions with Golden Boy Promotions with respect to next facing Leo Santa Cruz.
