Manila, Philippines ? Brian Viloria is getting impatient and he wants to lay his hands on his gutsy Mexican rival, Juan Francisco Estrada.
With their scheduled 12-rounder days away from taking place at the Venetian Resort Hotel and Casino in Macau, Viloria has been feeling antsy, eager to win the hearts of a crowd that won?t exactly be there to watch him strut his stuff.
?Time (is) moving so slow,? Viloria said in his twitter account from his hotel suite, just minutes away from the 15,000-capacity CotaiArena, site of Saturday night?s big show that Hall of Fame promoter Bob Arum is staging for the first time in the former Portuguese colony.
You can?t fault Viloria for be coming fidgety.
It?s been almost five months since he last fought and he is raring to register another exemplary showing that could not only match but surpass his last outing: the sensational stoppage over Hernan ?Tyson? Marquez last November.
Viloria arrived in Macau just before the Lenten break and can?t wait to get up the ring to steal the spotlight from Zou Shiming, the Chinese Olympic legend who is making his professional debut in the main event of the card dubbed by Top Rank and Sands China as ?Fists of Gold.?
Estrada and his team got in over the weekend after a backbreaking journey that originated from the fighter?s hometown of Hermosillo.
