Brian Viloria?s crystal ball shows that Manny Pacquiao will score a late-round victory over Juan Manuel Marquez on Dec. 8 in Las Vegas.
?It?s going to be a late-round stoppage,? said Viloria, the reigning unified world flyweight champion said yesterday during a TV interview.
Pacquiao and Marquez have fought three hotly-contested matches the last eight years but Viloria believes the fourth fight will rightfully belong to the Filipino icon.
?I have seen him train at the Wild Card and I have seen how badly he wants to win. He is hungry (to win),? observed Viloria, who rose to prominence last week when he knocked out Hernan ?Tyson? Marquez in ten rounds in Los Angeles.
Viloria also trained at the Wild Card for the Marquez fight and the 32-year-old Hawaii-born puncher noted the huge difference in Pacquiao?s demeanor.
Viloria returned to Manila over the weekend to celebrate his latest triumph with the Filipino people.
Pacquiao is in the final stage of his buildup for the fourth fight with Marquez that takes place at the MGM Grand.
Hall of Fame promoter Bob Arum said Pacquiao ? and even Marquez ? have been meeting lots of heads turn.
?They?re both doing very well,? said the 80-year-old Arum.
Donaire’s left hand fully healed
The left hand of Nonito Donaire has fully healed and the Fil-Am puncher will actually put it to a test next week when he begins the sparring phase of his training for his much-awaited Dec. 15 encounter with Mexican banger Jorge Arce in Houston, Texas.
Cameron Dunkin, the manager of Donaire, told the Bulletin that his fighter is already deep in training in San Carlos City, California, and is excited to use it during sparring.
