Taking a fight with Bradley means he gets about 18 million dollars, and a cut of some crappy PPV numbers. If he gets robbed again on the cards, his stock crashes and it will eliminate any possibility of the grand prize fight with Mayweather. Let’s now take a look at why he should pass on Marquez also. The same theme applies, a fight Vs. Marquez for the mid 20 million range is a better purse, but he’s had difficulty Vs. Marquez over the years. A loss Vs. Marquez would also crash his stock, and eliminate any possible chance at a fight Vs. Mayweather.
Mayweather already offered Pacquiao a guaranteed 40 million dollars once before. Pacquiao should tell Arum to make the 40 million fight Vs. Floyd, and demand a rematch clause. He could sink 80 million in the bank in a years time, and ride off into the sunset.

Heck, maybe even a trilogy fight could be worked out IF the first two are good.
