I remember feeling like Timothy Bradley had a small chance to defeat Pacquiao prior to the fight. I told a few of my friends, and some of my followers on Facebook and Twitter that Bradley is ‘fast, strong, and determined.’ I gave the guy a shot, I really did. The fight happened, and I quickly realized that I was a fool for giving Bradley that chance. Pacquiao would remind me that even though he’s older, he is still too fast, and he dominated Bradley for most every round.

So then the results were read. I like many of the boxing fans had to bend down and pick up my jaw. When I heard the scores, and the ultimate decision given to Bradley, I just shook my head. Should I really have been that surprised though? This is boxing you know? This is the one sport that continues to rear it’s ugly head. It yell’s out “I am boxing, I’m filled with disgusting cheaters, liars, and criminals!” Obviously, the Bradley decision win over Pacquiao was one of the biggest fraud, fix jobs in modern day boxing.

So Bradley’s name is now on the list as a potential next opponent for Pacquiao. A rematch between these two guys makes my stomach knot up. Everybody knows that Pacquiao demolished Bradley in the first fight. Most people know that the fight was fixed. I’m not saying that Arum was involved. I’m not saying that any of the fighters were involved either, but the judges? Heck, I don’t rule that out. Somebody is getting their pockets lined, and if a rematch is allowed to happen between Pacquiao and Bradley, those same people will have more money lining their pockets. Take that to the bank.

Is this Bradley’s fault? No, not even. I don’t fault Tim Bradley, and I don’t fault Manny Pacquiao. A rematch between these two just doesn’t seem right. Not only does it not seem right, it’s not even an exciting fight. I would rather see Cotto Vs. Pacquiao or another scrap with Marquez.
We’ll soon find out who the next guy is going to be because Arum is due back in the states this week with the opponent decided upon. No knock at Tim Bradley, but I hope it’s not him.
