Typically, such statements are considered “adding insult to injury”, but in this case it’s pure comedy. ?To be honest with you, I think a lot of people on that side are scared,? Bradley was further quoted.

Either Bradley’s foot injury found its way to his head, or this is his half-witted plan to cop himself another big paycheck. Whatever it is, “Desert Storm” sure has this scribe, and many other boxing fans, in stitches.

Pacquiao is scared to fight Bradley? I guess it’s safe to say that Bradley didn’t spend any of his fat payday last June on a better publicist or an advisor to help him with his PR.

The hell is this, kindergarten? Except of course the kid that’s doing the teasing is actually the one who got his butt kicked when they fought. Comedic.
Professional fighters are called “professional fighters” for a reason; they fight for a living. And the fact of the matter is, the first fight between Pacquiao and Bradley didn’t really do good business–unless your name is Timothy Bradley. But as far as Pacquiao and Top Rank are concerned, it was the worst fight in the box office and PPV sales in a long time.
Scared? Of what? That Bradley with slap-punch Pacquiao to deaf? Yeah, deaf. Until his eardrums burst and all he hears is endless ringing. Bradley does not have the power to rattle Pacquiao’s cage one bit, nor does he have the skill set, or did he show anything in their first fight for Pacquiao to legitimately be afraid to fight him again. The only thing Pacquiao can probably be scared of in another fight with Bradley is losing money. That, and getting screwed by judges in Vegas anew.
Scared? Really? Even if it were a joke, Bradley needs new material. Other clowns have used that punchline many times before. Mad corny.
Here’s a good one though: When was the last time you saw a fighter’s biggest win, turn out to be the worst break of his career? And if Bradley’s “scared” comments regarding Pacquiao don’t land him a big November payday, you already know who the joke is really on.
