BRADLEY CONFIDENT

LAS VEGAS ? All his life, all Tim Bradley cared about was winning.

A few days before the biggest battle of his boxing career, Bradley opened up his heart and told a select group of writers on Tuesday that there is no substitute for winning when he faces Manny Pacquiao this weekend at the MGM Grand.

“I am here to win and I am a winner. I just want to win, no matter what it is. I have to win. Even playing dominoes, I want to win,” said Bradley shortly after formal arrival rites was held at the main lobby of the MGM Grand.

Unbeaten in 28 fights with 12 knockouts, Bradley is an underdog against the Filipino southpaw but assured everyone in attendance that he has a clear picture of what?s going to happen on fight night.

“When I beat this dude, I will come back and tell you guys ?I told you so?, because I see it, man. I see it,” said the 28-year-old from Palm Springs, California.

Bradley said he has Pacquiao all figured out from head to foot and that it is his fancied foe and not him who has to be concerned about.

“He has to worry about this right hand and then as far as my greatest trait is my movement. It?s gonna kill him. It?s going to throw him off. He needs a fighter who stands in front of him,” said Bradley, obviously referring to lumbering guys like Antonio Margarito and Miguel Cotto.

“Those are the guys he?s faced and they come forward. But if you have a guy who is here one minute and over here the second minute.”

Bradley said that while Pacquiao is a speedster, he has the antidote to offset these.

“He?s quick, he?s fast but once I adjust to his speed and settle down, I am going to start taking his ass before him.”

Joel Diaz, who has been training Bradley for the longest time, is certain that an upset is forthcoming.

“He?s programmed to whatever Pacquiao is going to bring,” said Diaz, who was in charge of tapping at least eight sparring partners during the eight-week buildup.
