Moments ago at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Nevada, WBC junior middleweight champion Saul Alvarez defended his title with a clear twelve-round decision against a very-determined Shane Mosley.
Scores of 119-109 twice and 118-110 were read in the 21-year old Alvarez?s favor.
It was a fight from the beginning but Alvarez was busier and sharper throughout, while also showing some decent skills fighting on the inside.
After the fight, Alvarez affirmed that he is eyeing a possible bout with Floyd Mayweather Jr. and tossed two other names into the mix.
?Yes, whoever. Mayweather, Cotto, or Pacquiao. I?m ready,? said Alvarez.
Mayweather challenges Cotto for the WBA junior middleweight title later tonight in the evening?s main event.
