Earlier today inside of the Hollywood Theatre at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Nevada, the final press conference for the undercard portion of this weekend?s ?Ring Kings? extravaganza was held.
While Floyd Mayweather Jr. and Miguel Cotto held down the fort yesterday, today it was Saul ?Canelo? Alvarez and ?Sugar? Shane Mosley, this Saturday?s evening?s co-feature bout, who were the focus of the presser. Alvarez defends his WBC junior middleweight crown against Mosley, a former three-division champion who finds himself playing the role of the heavy underdog.
Also in the building were Mayweather Promotions fighters Jessie Vargas, and undefeated welterweight prospect, and Deandre Latimore, a former title challenger at 154 pounds. Vargas faces off with the experienced Steve Forbes while Latimore will be testing himself against Puerto Rico?s Quintana.
