Undefeated Jr welterweight contender Karim Mayfield (15-0-9KO-1D) sat down with 8CN and talked about his big upcoming ESPN fight Vs. Raymond Serrano. This fight is set for May 18th, and will be televised on ESPN Friday Night Fights. Mayfield recently stopped former world champion Steve Forbes, then moved on to soundly defeat Patrick Lopez capturing the WBO/NABO Jr welterweight title.
Raymond Serrano is no walk in the park. He is promoted by Joe DeGuarida’s STAR Boxing. Serrano Vs. Mayfield is a nice match. It’s nice to see two prospects facing off Vs. one another.
