Hey, if Manny Pacquiao says that God told him that it’s time to retire, who is anyone to question that? I have been seeing on boxing forums, and even with a few boxing scribes a few people making fun of what Pacquiao recently said.
Manny takes his faith very seriously. Before anyone chimes in with hateful comments about Pacquiao’s personal issues, just remember that nobody is perfect. My sources have been telling me that Manny has really made a nice turn around with his personal life, and that can only be a good thing.

If Manny listens to what the big man upstairs said to him, it could very well be the end of a historic boxing career sooner rather than later. He has to deal with Timothy Bradley next, so after that fight it’s anyone’s guess what’s next.
Does Pacman mean that he’s hanging them up after Bradley, or do we all put hope in a prayer and wait for Mayweather? Or have the fans finally ran out of patience for Mayweather? Advertisement
Regardless, Manny Pacquiao is on the express lane right into the Hall of Fame. His 8 world titles in as many divisions is unheard of. It will go down as one of the greatest boxing careers of all time.
Pacquiao’s story will be told many years from now. Historians will look back and they will write about the kid from General Santos City who went from selling smokes on the streets, to the top of the mountain.
The future is bright for Pacquiao. His political career will be an interesting one to watch. Can this guy actually be elected as the President of The Philippines one day?
I for one know little to nothing about Filipino politics, but I do know this much,Manny Pacquiao is one guy that I wouldn’t bet against inside of the ring or outside of it.
