CEBU, Philippines – After firing verbal shot at trainer Freddie Roach, Tim Bradley trained his guns next on Manny Pacquiao, telling fans all over the world that they will soon get a chance to see him vanquish the best pound-for-pound boxer on the planet.
Although no deal has been sealed yet, both fighters have already agreed in principle to slug it out for Pacquiao’s WBO welterweight crown on June 9 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Bradley, who confirmed through his Twitter account the other day that he has signed the contract for the Pacquiao bout, said he is looking forward to the big day, even as he expressed confidence of beating the global Filipino sports icon.

You will get a chance to see Timothy Bradley beating the best fighter in the world, Manny Pacquiao. I would like to thank all my fans out there for their support. I?m looking forward to June 9th,? Pacquiao is known for his blinding speed and great punching power, but Bradley said he is much stronger and that he will give the eight-division world champion ‘something he has never seen before.”
?The fans are not going to see a Pacquiao-Mayweather fight after this fight. They are going to want to see Timothy Bradley and Manny Pacquiao go at it again. I think I am a lot stronger than he is. He started off at 110 pounds or whatever and did what he did to get bigger. He pumped iron or whatever, he got bigger. Since I was 16 years old I have been 150 pounds. I walk around 160 or 165 pounds,” said Bradley.
“He does have bigger legs though. His calves are bigger than my head. Other than that, I am the naturally bigger guy. I am going to give him something that he has never seen before and I will rise to the occasion,? added the unbeaten WBO light welterweight title-holder.
Bradley boasts of an immaculate 28-0 record spiked with 12 knockouts, while Pacquiao, who hasn’t lost since 2005, carries a 54-3-2 card dotted with 38KOs.
