The promotional tour for the June 9th Manny Pacquiao-Timothy Bradley bout is set to take place tomorrow at the Beverly Hills Hilton in Los Angeles and on the eve of the festivities, the two prizefighters were spotted finishing up a commercial shoot earlier today.
Pacquiao, the world?s reigning WBO welterweight champion, will meet Bradley, an undefeated champion in the junior welterweight class, inside of the MGM Grand Garden Arena in a fight that has seemed to receive its share of mixed reviews at this point.
There are some who are opposed to the matchup, as the only fight they preferred to see Pacquiao face was undefeated Floyd Mayweather Jr., who happens to be gearing up for a May 5th fight of his own against Miguel Cotto.
But the 28-year old Bradley is respected in boxing circles and looked at as a legitimate threat by certain insiders given his overall skill set and mental fortitude. Bradley may not have any special traits that jump out but he is as well-rounded a champion as you will find and he will be full of motivation heading in. Advertisement
Speaking to his younger challenger at today?s face-off, Pacquiao kept things short and sweet for the Palm Springs, California champion.
“Don’t take this fight easy, just do your best in training,? stated Pacquiao. ?Make yourself ready on June 9th.”
