Manny Pacquiao is holding a media teleconference call from the Wild Card Boxing Club in Hollywood on Tuesday (Wednesday in Manila) to discuss his fast-approaching Jan. 21 clash with Erik “El Terrible” Morales of Mexico.
Pacquiao will be joined by his trainer Freddie Roach, manager Shelly Finkel and promoter Gary Shaw in the high-tech press conference, according to the publicist tapped by Top Rank to handle the Filipino.
Not to be outdone, Morales is also set to conduct his own teleconference call the following day as there are a little over three weeks remaining before the two collide in a scheduled 12-round er at the Thomas and Mack Center in Las Vegas.
The fight will be shown only HBO Pay-Per-View, but those who would want to feel the electricity will have to shell out tickets ranging from 0 to .
Locally, channel 2 is going to air the fight from the venue on Jan. 22 in partnership with Solar Sports, which owns the broadcast rights.
Morales has been training in the city of Queretaro since late-November and is raring to make up for his lackluster showing against Zahir Raheem last September in Los Angeles.
