Pound-for-Pound king Floyd Mayweather Jr. avoided the 90-day jail time Friday until June 1 in Las Vegas involving domestic violence case with his ex-girlfriend.
Last December 21, Maywesther, Jr., 35, pleaded guilty to a “reduced battery domestic violence charge and no contest to two harassment charges”.
Justice of the Peace Melissa Saragosa had imposed such such ruling based on plea deal and scheduled Mayweather, Jr. to turn himself supposedly today. But, Saragosa said she weighed Mayweather’s contractual obligations to a fight set for May 5 at MGM Grand in Las Vegas against an as-yet unnamed opponent, Fox Sports reports.

But, Top Rank Godfather Robert “Bob”Arum, promoter of Pacquiao, who is set to leave to the Phiippines tonight to meet Pacquiao and his team to discuss and to confirm the latter’s next opponent, may have already carry with him in mind the immediate target plan.
More doubts would hover over pushing Pacquiao-Mayweather, Jr. fight soon as more contentious prospecting for big time investors would have to be reviewed with Top Rank and eventual business partners, however lengthy it would be.
Meanwhile, it’s likely that Mayweather, Jr. might just target a Mexican fighter to fit the reserved Cinco de Mayo, the biggest Mexican Holiday, with HBO at the MGM Grand Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada. Arum might just want to build more seats at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas or just sway a much bigger crowd to tune in at the Dallas Cowboy Stadium in Arlington, Texas, which has a seating capacity to nearly 100,000.
