COMES around. There is order and justice in this world after all. Years of aberrant behavior have finally caught up with Floyd Mayweather Jr.
Yes, indeed. Jolly old St. Nick made sure to do the rounds this year, giving gifts and cheers to the good boys and jeers and jail time for the ?Pretty Boy.?
All I can say is, ?Ho ho ho!?
When the deliberations on the sentencing were done, it was revealed that Floyd?s recurring pattern of behavior was taken into account and not merely the singular act for which he was being indicted.
All things being considered, I?m a firm believer in second chances. The scabrous jail time will hopefully give Floyd Jr. a lot of time to reflect and ponder quietly?away from all the gangster environment he seems to relish.
He?s a supremely talented athlete?to some the best pound for pound fighter on the planet. He?s undefeated and one of the most marketable athletes in the sporting world.
He also has plenty of money to burn. And I mean that literally.
Surely, he can do a lot of good with his stature and his finances. In the past he has conducted himself quite well with various charity engagements.
But Floyd, those talented fists of yours were better meant to be pounding on a professional opponent?s ugly mug, not on your beautiful albeit defenseless wife.
