Veerapol destroys Llagas!

Two-time world bantam king Veerapol Nakornluang (51-2-2,36 KOs) impressively knocked out former PABA champion Rey Llagas (57-27-3,37 KOs) on Tuesday at Nonthaburi Pier in Nonthaburi Province, Thailand. Veerapol unleashed vicious bodyshots that effectively weakened his opponent and the bout rapidly ended in round two with Thai fighter landing a big right hook to Filipino’s belly, scoring a KO at 2:19. In other action, WBC #2 superbantam Napapol Kiattisakchokchai (34-2,30 KOs) destroyed Tanzanian Francis Miyeyusho (15-3-1,5 KOs) in round two, retaining his WBC International 122lb title for the fourth time. Both fighters excitingly landed bombs from the opening round, and finally, Napapol grabbed the victory when he landed one-two punches that floored his opponent, then he displayed one-side attack to destroy the Tanzanian at 2:48 of round two. ABCO #3 Thong Por Chokchai captured the ABCO interim superfeather title as he stopped ABCO #9 Jake Verano in round five. This interim title was sanctioned by ABCO because of the 12-month inaction of the regular champ Saddam Kiatyongyuth. Verano dominated in the first two rounds with his more accurate and faster punches but after that, the Thai fighter speeded his assault, successfully dropping his foe twice with his body-attack and scoring a KO at 2:08 of round five. Also, WBC #17 superfly David Nakornluang (10-0,6 KOs) displayed one-sided attack on Masatsuku Okada, forcing referee Sanong Auo-im to stop the bout at 1:12 of round four. This event was promoted by Nakornluang Boxing Promotion.
