Floyd Mayweather Jr will report to prison on January 6th where he will reside until sometime in March. This is no walk in the park, it’s not just a weekend in the slammer type of stay. This is almost 3 months out of his life where he will be sitting in a small jail cell with an open toilet, a sink, and a small rack type bed.
Floyd has said and done things over the past few years that have both insulted, and pissed off Filipino fans. Especially his little Twitter rant where he broke out some racial slurs against Asians.
He also thinks it’s cute to burn 100.00 dollar bills. I can think of a few people that could have used those 100 dollar bills. I am hoping that throughout the next 3 months he will reflect on his behavior and come out of this a changed man.
Floyd has disappointed many American fans in boxing as well. American fans want someone that has the skill set like Floyd to rally around. Unfortunately Floyd makes it difficult for many Americans to rally for when he flashed his ego, burns money, and slaps women.
