As I write this the New York State Atheltic Commission is in deep meditation, deciding if they will give Antonio Magarito a boxing license to fight Miguel Cotto on December 3 at Madison Square Garden.
The question that has the Commission undecided is a retina injury Margarito suffered against Manny Pacquiao back in 2010.
Regardless of the decision, in this space, back on May 22, 2011, Margarito himself said his Doctors had perscribed he stay inactive until 2012.
Another confusing, and troublesome situation for the sport of boxing, regardless what decision is made.
