8CN sat down with former light heavyweight world champion Glen Johnson just a few days prior to his big title shot Vs. current champion Lucian Bute. Johnson tells 8CN that he’s had one of the best camps of his entire career, and is feeling great. Glen has been in Canada since Monday, and tells 8CN that he’s more than ready to get into the ring and to take the title away from Bute.
Johnson tells 8CN that he sees some things in Bute’s game that he can exploit and that he’s ready to shock everybody on Saturday night. 8CN asked Johnson if he had any concerns with poor judging. Johnson has been the victim of some pretty disgusting judging throughout his career and he tells 8CN that he can only do what’s within his control, and that is to fight.
This fight will take place in Quebec City, Canada and can be seen on Showtime on November 5th.
