Recent reports of extra marital affairs and gambling by Manny Pacquiao sure have buzzed around on the net as of late. One thing that everyone needs to remember is that Pacquiao is not just a world champion fighter, he’s a human being, and the last time I checked, there is no such thing as a perfect human being.
Let us not judge this man. I personally do not know what the truth of the matters are, however, I do know that for those who judge him they themselves are hypocrites. Pacquiao’s good deeds far outweigh any personal mistakes that he may or may not have made in his private life.
Manny’s private life is his private life. The same should be said for Floyd Mayweather Jr. Floyd’s made some mistakes as well. He’s going to have to pay for a few of them soon enough, but he should not be judged by anyone.
The difference between Manny and Floyd is that both men have been painted by the media as two completely different people. Pacquiao has been painted by the media as the do no wrong, compassionate guy. Floyd has been painted by the media as the do nothing right, evil guy. Neither paint job is completely fair.
