ALA Promotions has signed light welterweight Filipino prospect Romeo ?Jako? Jakosalem and will include him in the Pinoy Pride 10 card on Dec. 10 at the Hoops Dome in Lapu-Lapu City.
Jakosalem, who started his career under the ALA Gym but broke away, got a second lease after ALA Promotions gave him a fight in one of the Pinoy Pride shows against undefeated Steve Clagget.
The Jakosalem vs. Clagget feature was the favorite fight of the night as Jakosalem survived two knockdowns before stopping the Canadian in the final round.
