There are two rising figures in the world of Mexican boxing ? junior middleweight Saul Canelo Alvarez and Julio Cesar Chavez Junior.
Just days after Alvarez turned off some of his supporters by saying he has patterned himself after Floyd Mayweather Junior, and not one of the many legendary Mexican gladiators which came before him, we receive news from boxing promoter Bob Arum that a battle between the two young Aztecs is brewing.
?The fight will take place at a catch weight of 158 pounds,? said Arum. ?It will take place in the month of March and we are looking to place it in Las Vegas.?
