Manny Pacquiao sings “Sometimes When We Touch.”
Juan Manuel Marquez sings “Cielito Lindo” in a duet with Pacman at a TV studio in Mexico City.
Come Saturday night in Las Vegas, Floyd Mayweather Jr. will be rap, rap, rapping to the tune of “You Always Hurt The One You Love” when he not so gently massages the head and body of 24 year old upstart Vicious Victor Ortiz.
Really, folks, there’s liable to be nothing pretty about how the former “Pretty Boy” spanks the overeager southpaw beaver. When it is all said and done, Ortiz will know he’s not back in (Garden City) Kansas anymore.
I just hope the conqueror of thern unbeaten Andre Berto does not leave the MGM Grand Garden Arena in the back of an ambulance, one speeding off to Valley Hospital.
I really think Mayweather, 35 come February, gets something of a kick out of the bold and bodacious underdog. I think VVO kind of reminds FMJ of himself at a similar age and stage.
