Boxer Benedict Fontines was brought to the hospital after being stopped in the 12th round in his fight against Marlon Alta for the Philippine lt.middleweight title last June 18. Philboxing has received word from Jeremy Lantz of boxrec.com that he was told by matchmaker Ronald Jerez that “Fontines rested 4 hours at the Paranaque medical center and he is doing well now..”
We hope he continues his recovery.
