Pacquiao said that his wife, Jinkee, has long dreamt of having a private mansion in the exclusive Makati neighborhood.
Only Pacquiao and Jinkee?s closest friends and relatives will be allowed inside the house.
The eight-division world champion added that there are still no furniture and appliances inside the three-storey house.
