Dallas’ Roberto Marroquin’s next fight is now the main event April 23 on the scheduled seven -bout Top Rank Red River Rumble at the WinStar Casino in Thackerville, OK at 8:00 pm.
Marroquin, 19-0 (14 KO’s) as a featherweight, replaces junior middleweight Vanes Martirosyan who had to pull out with the flu in training. Marroquin is scheduled to face Francisco Leal, 15-5-3 (9 KO’s), in the 10 – round main event.
“It’s my first 10 – round fight and first main event so I’m real excited about it,” said prospect Marroquin.
